How do I make a purchase?

To make purchases on deilanistore.com you don’t need to register, however we recommend that you do, in order to have a better experience. If you have registered for an account you can login on our website and view your current and past orders at any time.

Can I shop deilanistore.com from my mobile devices(phone, tablet)?

Of course, you can use our mobile-optimized version of our website.

Can I place my order over the phone?

No, sorry.

How do I find out what size I am?

Check out our size guide, which can be accessed from every product page.

How will I know if you have received my order?

You will receive an order confirmation in your email shortly after completing the purchase.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, but will always try our best to make any changes we are advised of before shipment. The best way to do so is to email us as soon as possible at hello@deilanistore.com.

I’ve added the incorrect shipping address, how do I change it?

You must contact our customer care team at hello@deilanistore.com to change your shipping address. The shipping address can only be changed before the order has shipped. Unfortunately you cannot update your shipping address yourself after the order has been placed.

What’s the status of my order?

Once you’ve received your confirmation email, your order will be on its way via the courier you selected and you can check the waybill we provide at shipping confirmation.

What if something I ordered arrived damaged?

Contact us right away at hello@deilanistore.com. We will cover the cost of returning your item to us, so it can be repaired, replaced or refunded.

How do I update my account information?

Your account information can be updated by logging into your account at the top right hand corner of our website. You can change your contact info, billing and delivery details as well as subscribe to and unsubscribe from any newsletters and mailings here.

How secure is shopping on www.deilanistore.com?

Our payments are processed via a secure checkout system provided by MobilPay and you can pay using Visa, Maestro and MasterCard. deilanistore.com uses the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) security protocol, the most widely accepted Internet encryption standard.

I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for additional shipping costs. Returns received outside the above time frame are not to be accepted.

Can I exchange an item for the same in a different size?

Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. Please note that the customer is allowed to exchange an item for a different size only once. The customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.

How long does it take for me to get a refund?

If a refund is required, a time frame of 10 days should be calculated for the receipt of your returned merchandise and the return/refund process. The refund time frame depends on the credit card used. Please note that the refund will only be issued to the credit card used for the order, if the payment was made in cash we will need a bank account number and the account holder name.

Please note that shipping costs, international customs duties and sales taxes will not be refunded.

We ship with DPD or GLS and FAN COURIER (exclusively in Romania). We ship in ANDORRA, AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, BULGARIA, CZECH REPUBLIC, CROATIA, CYPRUS, DENMARK, ESTONIA FINLAND, FRANCE, GERMANY, GREECE, HUNGARY, IRELAND, ITALY, LATVIA, LIECHTENSTEIN, LITHUANIA, LUXEMBOURG, MALTA, MONACO, NETHERLANDS, POLAND, PORTUGAL, ROMANIA, SAN MARINO, SLOVAKIA, SLOVENIA, SPAIN, SWEDEN, UNITED KINGDOM.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Online with debit/credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro); payment is secured by our partner MobilPay, known for its demanding payment security solutions offered. Such payment shall be made on a redirected page and secured by MobilPay. The completion of your data is safe, so www.deilanistore.com does not have access to your bank account details.

Cash on delivery (only for Romania) granted by our partner FAN COURIER. By bank transfer into the bank account of STIL AURA SRL. In case of payment by payment order, bank charges for the transfer shall be borne by the payer. The information required for payment by bank transfer or by mandate are:
