Deliveries are carried out by GLS/DPD or FanCourier(in Romania), Monday to Friday. The delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer, being specified that it must be the address of the customer’s residence, an individual of their choice or a legal entity (delivery to their company). Deliveries cannot be made either to hotels or P.O. boxes.
Orders are shipped on average every 2 (two) days, but the period may be extended up to 5 (five) working days, in particular in the aftermath of a collection or new capsule being placed online. So that deadlines are respected, the customer must make sure that they have provided accurate and complete information concerning the delivery address (including in particular: house number number/name, building number/name, staircase, access codes, names and/or numbers for the intercom, etc.).
The timescales indicated are indicative deadlines, corresponding to the average time for processing and delivery. Stil Aura cannot be held responsible for any consequences due to a delivery delay not of their own making. Moreover, in the aftermath of a collection going online, the period may be extended to 10 (ten) days, given the volume of orders.
We ship exclusively with DPD and GLS in ANDORRA, AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, BULGARIA, CZECH REPUBLIC, CROATIA, CYPRUS, DENMARK, ESTONIA FINLAND, FRANCE, GERMANY, GREECE, HUNGARY, IRELAND, ITALY, LATVIA, LIECHTENSTEIN, LITHUANIA, LUXEMBOURG, MALTA MONACO, NETHERLANDS, POLAND, PORTUGAL, SAN MARINO, SLOVAKIA, SLOVENIA, SPAIN, SWEDEN, UNITED KINGDOM, VATICAN
FAN COURIER only for Romania.
For the products delivered internationally product prices are exclusive of all taxes and duties, as well as Romanian VAT. Please note that custom taxes, duties and handling fees for each individual country will be applied and invoiced separately through DPD/GLS and shall be borne by the customer.
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for additional shipping costs. Returns received outside the above time frame are not to be accepted.
You must notify us by e-mail at [email protected] or by phone at +40 754 071 305 (Monday – Friday 10:00 AM – 14:00 PM), if you wish to return products.
www.deilanistore.com will only accept returns of non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached AND in its original packaging. Upon receipt of any order without tags please notify us immediately if you wish to return the item. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery, before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. Please note that the customer is allowed to exchange an item for a different size only once. The customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.
If a refund is required, a time frame of 14 days should be calculated for the receipt of your returned merchandise and the return/refund process. The refund time frame depends on the credit card used. Please note that the refund will only be issued to the credit card used for the order, if the payment was made in cash we will need a bank account number and the account holder name.
Please note that shipping costs, and international customs duties and sales taxes will not be refunded.
